Can I cancel my order?
Sorry, but when an order is placed on our site it is sent to one of our warehouses nearest to you directly to be processed. Our suppliers start production of the items as soon as the order to sent through. We are currently working on developing a better cancellation system soon.
I have only received part of my order. Can you tell me where my items are?
We ship directly from our warehouses around the world. (USA, Europe, Asia). If you purchased several items, they will arrive in different packages. Please be patients as the rest of your items will soon arrive!
What do you pay through?
We use Paypal because it is the leading world platform for payments.
